📝 Product Description

Upgrade your fastening solution with Nylon Insert Nuts, also known as nyloc nuts or nylon-insert lock nuts. Designed to DIN 982 standards, these lock nuts use a nylon collar that grips threads securely, providing a self-locking effect that resists loosening from vibration or movement. 🔒

Made from carbon steel with a zinc clear (Cr3) finish, they deliver strength with added corrosion resistance in clean and dry environments. 🛡️ The standard M8 × 1.25 metric thread and 13 mm socket size ensure simple, universal compatibility across a wide range of bolts. 📏

Unlike standard nuts, these nylon insert lock nuts reduce the need for additional thread-locking adhesives, saving time and improving reliability. ⚙️ Perfect for use in automotive, industrial machinery, furniture assembly, and DIY projects, they provide long-lasting performance wherever secure fastening is essential.

✨ Key Features & Benefits

🔒 Secure Locking Power – Nylon insert creates strong friction, preventing nuts from loosening under vibration or heavy load.
📏 DIN 982 Standard – Manufactured to DIN 982 specification, ensuring precise metric fit and reliable fastening.
🛡️ Durable Zinc Plated Finish – Carbon steel with clear zinc coating offers moderate rust resistance in clean, dry environments.
🔧 Easy Compatibility – Standard metric M8 × 1.25 thread with 13 mm socket size fits common bolts for quick installation.
⚙️ Versatile Applications – Ideal for automotive, machinery, furniture, industrial, and DIY projects needing dependable nylon lock nuts.
