Description

The 310ml Fire Door Silicone Sealant in White is a professional-grade, fire-tested product designed to create a long-term fire and smoke barrier in construction joints and around service penetrations. Its versatile formula is ideal for internal and external use on fire-rated door joints, cladding panels, bead glazing, and general construction applications across substrates like Hardwood, Softwood, MDF, Plasterboard, and Masonry. This sealant provides 60-minute fire protection specifically for external and internal fire door joints, and up to 240 minutes fire resistance in other construction applications, ensuring comprehensive passive fire protection. The silicone is compliant with multiple British and European standards (BS 476: Part 22 1987, BS EN 1366-4:2006, BS EN 1366-3:2004, BS EN 1634-1:2014+A1:2018, BS EN 1634-3:2004 for smoke leakage). Once cured, it is flexible, anti-slump, and can be painted over with water-based paints, maintaining up to 25% elastic movement capability for a durable, weatherproof seal.
