These 76mm x 50mm x 2.0mm Grade 7 Fire Door Hinges are suitable for standard interior doors and lighter fire doors, supporting up to 40kg. They are constructed from durable carbon steel and feature a traditional Electro Brass finish. The hinges utilize lubricated ball bearing knuckles (11mm diameter) to ensure smooth, quiet operation and minimal friction, which is beneficial when used with door closers. They are certified for use on both 30 and 60 minute fire doors. These hinges are CE Approved to BS EN 1935:2002 standards, confirming their suitability for safety applications.
