Description
These 101mm x 76mm x 3mm Grade 13 Fire Door Hinges are designed for use on heavy duty fire doors in commercial and public buildings. They are manufactured from stainless steel with a Matt Black finish and are rated for both 30 and 60 minute fire doors, supporting weights up to 120kg. The hinges feature lubricated ball bearing washers that ensure a lifetime of smooth door operation, making them ideal for use with door closers as they reduce closing friction. They are certified to CE Approved BS EN 1935:2002 standards (Classification 476114013) and tested to 200,000 cycles for heavy traffic areas. Fixings are included, but Intumescent hinge pads (sold separately) must be fitted to adhere to fire regulations.
