These 101mm x 76mm x 3mm Grade 13 Fire Door Hinges are designed for heavy duty fire doors often found in public and commercial buildings. They are made from durable stainless steel and finished with an Electro Brass coating. The hinges are certified for use on both 30 and 60 minute fire doors, supporting door weights up to 120kg. Lubricated ball bearing washers ensure a lifetime of smooth door operation, making them ideal for doors equipped with door closers as they significantly reduce closing friction. These hinges meet CE Approved BS EN 1935:2002 standards (Grade 13) and have been tested to 200,000 cycles for areas with heavy traffic. Fixings are included. *Note: Intumescent hinge pads (sold separately) must be fitted when installing on fire doors to comply with fire regulations.
