These 101mm x 76mm x 2.6mm Grade 11 Fire Door Hinges are intended for standard and medium-weight fire doors, capable of supporting up to 80kg. They are constructed from durable carbon steel and feature a bright Polished Chrome finish. The hinges utilize lubricated ball bearing knuckles (12.5mm diameter) to ensure smooth, quiet door operation and minimize friction for door closers. They are certified for use on both 30 and 60 minute fire doors. These hinges are CE Approved to BS EN 1935:2002 standards, confirming their safety compliance. With a Corrosion Rating of 2, they are best suited for sheltered indoor environments and are supplied as a pair complete with necessary fixings.
