This inline safety RCD is of the active (non latching) type.

This means that it switches off when the appliance is switched off. Every time the appliance is turned off, the RCD will trip and will have to be reset. It can be easily wired into an existing cable lead for instant protection.

 It provides added protection against fatal electric shocks when using electrical equipment outside.

The Maximum load is 3120 watts 240V AC to suit most equipment and tools and has a 30 milliamp trip speed 40 milliseconds (typical) double pole contact break for immediate response and cover.

Good To Know

For orders to some addresses, especially in the Highlands of Scotland and Offshore, next day delivery options are not available and delivery can take several days. Saturday delivery is not available for remote areas.

Items over 30kg: Items over 30kg can only be delivered from Monday to Friday. If ordered before 3pm, please allow up to two business days for delivery. Orders placed after 6pm Thursday will be delivered after the weekend.
