This 5L Universal Preserver in Clear is a deep penetrating oil/spirit based formula that provides long-lasting wood protection and wood preservation for exterior timber. It is specifically formulated to protect wood against wood-destroying fungi (wet rot), wood discolouring fungi, and wood boring insects. The clear finish does not alter the natural colour of the wood and makes an excellent primer due to the inclusion of primer resins for excellent adhesion, making it ready for overcoating with paint, stain, or varnish. It features a low odour formula and dries quickly in 4 to 6 hours. It offers a coverage rate of 5 square meters per litre.
