The 150mm Timloc Underfloor Vent Vertical Extension Sleeve (LOC1204) is the ideal solution for extending telescopic underfloor ventilators in buildings with deeper floor voids. Fitting securely between the upper and lower sections of the vent, it allows vertical adjustment for 6 to 7 brick courses (up to +150mm). This extension helps maintain consistent subfloor airflow, protecting timber floors from dampness and decay. Manufactured from high-quality, weather-resistant plastic, it ensures a long-lasting and reliable installation for both new build and renovation projects.

Good To Know

For orders to some addresses, especially in the Highlands of Scotland and Offshore, next day delivery options are not available and delivery can take several days. Saturday delivery is not available for remote areas.

Items over 30kg: Items over 30kg can only be delivered from Monday to Friday. If ordered before 3pm, please allow up to two business days for delivery. Orders placed after 6pm Thursday will be delivered after the weekend.
