The 750ml B1 Fire Rated Fill & Fix Expanding PU Foam (Hand Grade) is a professional-grade, fire-resistant polyurethane foam designed for sealing, filling, and insulating in fire safety applications. With a 4-hour fire resistance rating, it meets BS 476-20, EN1366-4, and DIN4102-1 standards, making it ideal for use in fire-critical environments such as door frames, pipe penetrations, and electrical cabling.
This pink-coloured foam expands up to 30 times its volume, providing superior thermal and acoustic insulation while maintaining an airtight, durable seal. The hand-grade can design allows easy manual dispensing without the need for a foam gun, making it perfect for on-site repairs and general installations.
CFC-free, quick-curing, and suitable for both interior and exterior applications, this foam ensures excellent adhesion to most building materials including wood, metal, brick, and concrete.

Good To Know

For orders to some addresses, especially in the Highlands of Scotland and Offshore, next day delivery options are not available and delivery can take several days. Saturday delivery is not available for remote areas.

Items over 30kg: Items over 30kg can only be delivered from Monday to Friday. If ordered before 3pm, please allow up to two business days for delivery. Orders placed after 6pm Thursday will be delivered after the weekend.
