Everbuild 405 Path & Patio Seal 5L is a solvent‑free acrylic sealer designed to protect patios, paths, natural stone, concrete and block paving from sunlight, water, oil, petrol and organic growth. The milky, water‑based solution dries to a clear, hard‑wearing, low‑sheen film that is water‑repellent, slip‑resistant and helps reduce dirt pick‑up for easier cleaning. It also acts as a dustproofer, dramatically improving water and stain resistance while a built‑in fungicide helps prevent unsightly moss and algae growth. One litre covers around 8m² per coat depending on surface porosity, so a 5L container typically treats 25–40m² with one or two coats, making it ideal for driveways, paths, paving and other high‑traffic outdoor areas.

For orders to some addresses, especially in the Highlands of Scotland and Offshore, next day delivery options are not available and delivery can take several days. Saturday delivery is not available for remote areas.

Items over 30kg: Items over 30kg can only be delivered from Monday to Friday. If ordered before 3pm, please allow up to two business days for delivery. Orders placed after 6pm Thursday will be delivered after the weekend.
